The personal data we collect

• Account and contact data: your name, email address, telephone number and postal address, and your account login details. An account is created automatically the first time you make a booking — there is no separate registration step.
• Booking and dog data: booking date, time, duration and price, the number and names of dogs attending, and vaccination and behavioural/advisory information, which we require to protect the safety of you, your dogs and other users of the field.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details ourselves; we retain a record of transactions (amount, date and booking reference) for accounting purposes.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type and device information, and how you use our website, collected automatically as you browse.
• Communications data: records of correspondence if you contact us, including SMS messages sent to you.

How we use your data

We rely on the following lawful bases for processing:

• Performance of a contract: to create your account, process bookings, send confirmations, gate/access codes, reminders, and handle rescheduling or cancellations.
