How it works

Romiley Secure Dog Field is set in a beautiful location that is safe and secure for you to enjoy with your dogs, friends and family.

The field is fully enclosed with six foot secure fencing and a double gated entry system, so nervous or reactive dogs can be let off the lead with total peace of mind. Every booking hires the whole field exclusively for your session, so there is never another dog or owner on site at the same time as you.

Before you arrive

• Book online: choose a date and time on our booking calendar. Sessions run in 30 or 60 minute slots, with longer bookings available on request for special occasions.
• Your account: an account is created automatically the first time you book, so there is no separate registration step.
• Vaccinations: all dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations before visiting. You will confirm this when you book, see our vaccination requirements for details.
• Your gate code: sent to you as soon as your booking is confirmed, so you can let yourself in and out on the day.

Arriving at the field

• Parking: free parking is available directly outside the field on Cowlishaw Road.
• The gate: enter your gate code at the outer gate. Please make sure it closes securely behind you before you open the inner gate.
• Double gated entry: the field uses a double gated system as an extra safety measure. Always keep the outer gate closed before opening the inner one, and the same on your way out.

During your session

• Exclusive use: the field is yours alone for your booked time, with no other customers or dogs on site.
• How many dogs: you can bring up to eight dogs per booking, with a maximum of six dogs per adult aged 18 or over.
• Please clean up after your dogs and take any mess home with you.

Leaving the field

Please make sure you have left the field and secured both gates before the end of your allocated session, so the next customer can arrive on time.

If your plans change

Bookings can usually be rescheduled through your account up to 12 hours before your visit, reduced to 1 hour in exceptional weather or if access to the field is disrupted. See our terms and conditions for full details on rescheduling and cancellations.
